At Blue Oak Counseling Services, we're committed to helping individuals and families access the support they need. While we provide professional therapy services throughout California, we also recognize that mental wellness often includes connecting with additional community resources.

That's why we're proud to support referrals through FindHelp.org and Soluna, two trusted platforms that help Californians access mental health, wellness, and social support services.

FindHelp.org

FindHelp.org is one of the nation's largest online resource directories, helping individuals locate free or reduced-cost services in their local community. Through FindHelp, you can search for programs that provide:

FindHelp allows users to search by ZIP code and connect with organizations offering services close to home.

Soluna

Soluna is a free mental health and wellness program funded by the California Department of Health Care Services for California residents ages 13–25. No insurance is required. It offers:

One-on-one coaching
Mental wellness tools
Guided journaling
Goal setting
Peer support communities
Care navigation to help connect users with therapists and local resources
