What's it like to be in therapy?
Being in therapy with our therapists feels like a weight is being lifted and you can be yourself in a safe space as you talk about your problems and explore ways to help you feel better.
Most clients start to see some changes and positive results after few sessions. Usually, our clients stay in therapy because they are getting a lot out of the process, see the changes that have happened and want to continue to get better themselves.

Does it mean I'm crazy to be in therapy?
Not at all! People who ask for help know when they need it and have the ability to reach out.
Everyone needs professional support every now and then. You already have some strengths that you’ve used before, that for whatever reason isn’t working right now.
Perhaps this problem feels overwhelming and is making you feel stuck.
A mental health professional can help you approach your situation in a new way– teach you new skills, gain different perspectives, listen to you without judgment or expectations, and help you listen to yourself. Furthermore, therapy is completely confidential.
What are your Self-Pay rates?
Our team of therapists accept the following payments: credit card, debit card, and FSA. Payments are due at the session and we required a card to be put on file for billing.
Individual therapy --- $110 - 175 per session
Couples therapy --- $200 per session
We have a strict cancellation policy. You will be charged your full fee, if no show or cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment. We're committed to be here to help support you and we hope that you will be committed to support our business as well.
