With over 26 years of experience in human services, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life’s transitions, challenges, and personal growth. I work with individuals and couples who are going through life changes, whether planned or unexpected, and are looking for clarity, healing, and a better understanding of themselves. I really enjoy supporting couples and helping them strengthen their connection and communication. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth.
