Tiffany Dorsey, AMFT, Accepting New Clients
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist # 136497 Supervised by Milia Mahfoud Staggs, LMFT
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, and I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years in corporate America and later took time to focus on being a stay-at-home mom—experiences that help me connect with people from all walks of life.
At the core of my work is a genuine belief that people are inherently valuable, incredibly interesting, and that every story deserves to be heard and held with care.
I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are—no pressure, no judgment—just real conversations and meaningful support.
I’m here as a supportive ally: someone who will sit with you in the hard moments, while also helping you move toward the changes you want to see in your life.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, but I keep things practical and tailored to you.
Whether we’re working through tough emotions, unpacking patterns, or building new skills, I balance deep listening with offering tools that actually help you move forward.
I’m a great fit for people who want a therapist who feels approachable and real—someone you can be comfortable with—but who also knows how to gently challenge you and support meaningful growth.
