Vivian Vasquez, LMFT Immediate Opening
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Hello! My name is Vivian, and I’m a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and transitions with compassion, support, and understanding.
I work best with individuals who are open to exploring new perspectives and personal growth.
I enjoy working with adults and transitional-age youth (18+), as well as veterans who are adjusting to civilian life and rediscovering identity and purpose.
My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely while developing tools to build resilience and confidence.
I’ve always believed that healing begins when we allow ourselves to be seen and supported.
My own life experiences inspired me to become a therapist and have deepened my empathy for others who are learning to find balance, peace, and strength through therapy.
In my sessions, I integrate a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I use psychoeducation, the CBT triangle, anxious-thought logs, reframing techniques, and cognitive-distortion tools to help clients gain insight and make lasting changes.
I also enjoy working with couples, viewing relationships as an opportunity for mutual growth, deeper connection, and understanding.
I’ll be with you each step of the way, helping create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood.
