Stacia Narasky, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
My name is Stacia Narasky, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I acquired my Masters degree from Cal State Fullerton, and a BA degree in Psychology from University of California, Riverside.
As a therapist, I have had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages and cultures. I believe that mental health is a pivotal part of our overall functioning and that addressing any stressors in our lives is very important.
I have been able to work with clients on learning how to deal with these stressors, shape better thinking patterns, and establish a healthier and more fulfilling way of living. I strive to help a client focus on their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and use these to better themselves.
I enjoy working with a motivated client, who is open to change and working on their overall well being. Therapy is a great start to making a positive change in ones life, and I am grateful to a be a part of someones journey to positive change.
I specialize in working with issues of anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, grief and loss, job stress, and relationship issues.
On my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exercising, traveling, painting, and watching sports.
