Jillian Gottesman, LCSW
“Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we will ever do.”
My name is Jillian Gottesman and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I became a therapist because I enjoy seeing my clients become their authentic selves and learn to navigate their complex emotions with a new outlook.
Something that stands out about what I offer in therapy is I make an effort to bring empathy, humor, and human connection along with my professional experience to help achieve therapeutics goals. I enjoy helping clients blossom into the most authentic version of themselves.
I have had experience providing services with unique populations including mental health, developmental disabilities, chronically ill individuals and helping manage grief and loss. I believe therapy can be a wonderfully beneficial tool.
I use a number of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Strengths Based, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I use a holistic, strength based, person centered approach to guide my practice. I foster a safe space for you to be free to come as you are and to help you grow.
My goal is to help you blossom into the most authentic version of yourself and heal the wounds holding you back from living a full life.
